Streets: KAWS @ BAM (Brooklyn) Part II

We recently attended the public unveiling of the new Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) mural created by KAWS we first previewed at night. The new mural location also contains a bike rack specially designed by David Byrne. This sculpture/rack entitled "Bold Wink" is a perfect eye catcher to grab some eyeballs as BAM patrons can see this new project opposite the institution's Peter Jay Sharp building. This new mural space measures 20x24 foot and is the first in a planned series of murals that will rotate in the coming year.
